Summer 2007

Welcome to the College of Extended Learning’s summer 2007 quarter. Traditionally speaking, summer is a time for relaxation, but with us you can relax as well as continue learning. We offer a wide variety of learning opportunities for people of all ages throughout the year--including summer--through our career training, continuing education and lifelong learning courses. Our course offerings are very diverse; chances are you will find more than one program that meets your learning needs. Our schedules are flexible so you can choose a time most convenient for you.

We also offer an array of programs online and at the CSUSB Palm Desert Campus. Our convenient online programs are available in the areas of career and workforce training, continuing education for educators, ESL courses and math skills training. With so many online courses available, you can take courses right from the comfort of your home any time of the day. Please check out our online programs on pages 22–29 of our summer 2007 course catalog.

Looking for a fun trip that involves learning about new places and new cultures? Pick a destination from our Learning Vacations for Adults program (page 32 of our summer 2007 course catalog). These programs provide the best of both worlds--a vacation with a focus on learning. You will have all the joys of traveling augmented by informative sessions, lectures and guided tours from local experts.
