Take I-10 east to the Cook Street exit. (Cook Street is about a 20-minute drive east past the Highway 111 exit.) Exit Cook Street to Berger Drive. Make a left into the campus. The parking lot is on the other side of the building. The cost for parking is $4 a day. Parking dispensers are located in the parking lot.

From the southbound 215 Freeway, take the 3rd Street exit. Proceed to 2nd Street, turn left. (From the northbound 215 Freeway, take the 2nd Street exit and turn right.) Make a left at North E Street. The center is adjacent to the San Bernardino Visitor & Convention Bureau and the Clarion Hotel (formerly, the Radisson). Turn right into the parking garage. Enter the building from the top floor of the parking structure.

Take the I-15 north to Zzyzx Road. Follow Zzyzx Road for five miles to Desert Studies Center.
