Online Certificate in Social Innovation and Diversity Management

According to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), Social Innovation seeks new answers to social problems by identifying and delivering new services that improve the quality of life of individuals and communities.

The Certificate in Social Innovation and Diversity Management program is designed to provide prospective students, as well as active professionals in our region, educational and applied skills necessary to understand, develop and manage social innovations. Students of the certificate program will learn and begin to apply useful solutions to address a social need or problem.

Moreover, students will have the opportunity to significantly develop their cultural competency and sensitivity skills. As a result, they will have the ability to understand and navigate within highly diverse public, private and nonprofit environments.

The courses will focus on:

  • Social Innovation
  • Critical cultural competence & diversity management
  • Standard legal practice to in-depth analysis
  • Fundamentals of financing social innovation

The program is structured around four rigorous courses, each six weeks in duration.
